Dr. M. Samer Shahrour, DDS

Dr. Shahrour received his DDS degree from the Syrian al-Baath University School of Dentistry in 1991 and completed an Oral Surgery Residency at Damascus Central Hospital, Damascus. He obtained his certification from the Syrian Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and later became certified in Dental Implant Techniques from the Dental College in Lebanon. Following his postgraduate training, he held the position of Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon at Ibn- Alnafis Hospital, Damascus. Dr. Shahrour has published several articles and has lectured at major professional meetings and received multiple awards for his research. He's co-author of the Dentist’s Guide Book on AIDS booklet published in Arabic by WHO and the Syrian Ministry of Health. 

He is currently Head of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Ibn- Alnafis Hospital, Member of the the Syrian Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Syrian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He's  actively involved in developing and maintaining the highest standards of dental care in order to achieve excellent patient outcomes. He regularly train resident doctors at the hospital and his private practice dental clinic in Damascus.
