Prof. Raphael Capelli Guerra, DDS, MSc

Prof. Raphael Capelli Guerra is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Specialist with a Master degree in Head and Neck surgery. He is currently finishing his PhD collaborating with several institutes across the world (Brazil, Germany and Swizerland).

Prof. Guerra is Head Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery department at Hospital Leforte, São Paulo, Brazil and Head Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery department at Hospital Cristovão da Gama, Santo André, Brazil.

He is Member of Brazilian College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Member of the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.Moreover, he served as Fellow Research in many Oral and Maxillofacial surgery centres in Europe and USA.

He has clinical expertise in Facial Trauma, Orthognathic Surgery, Head and Neck Oncology, TMJ Surgery and Dental Implant Surgery.

The main focus on his research is related to TMJ dysfunction, facial trauma and head and neck oncology. He has published numerous publications in peer review journals.
